During this 3 hour workshop we will integrate the wisdom of hatha yoga asanas to help you get in deep connection with your body. Right after the yoga practice, we will get our minds into a meditative state with a guided energizing breathwork. Reached this point, we will move outside for a thrilling ice water dip (optional).
