A 60-minute workout designed to build strength from the inside out.

We’ll focus on core stability, pelvic floor connection, balance, agility, and foot speed, the foundation of confident, powerful movement. Expect a mix of controlled strength work and dynamic drills that challenge your coordination and stability.

This session helps you move better, feel stronger, and build resilience for everything you do, in training and in life.

All you need is a towel, a bottle of water and a smile :)
