Our Core Essentials classes are designed to address the unique needs of a woman. Incorporating exercises proven to promote a more functional and reliable pelvic floor and better core stability, leading to an improved posture and fewer injuries.

A variety of exercise modifications are offered to accommodate every level of fitness. This fun and engaging small group class will leave you feeling energised and confident.

  • 60 minute workout
  • Very accessible class to activate and strengthen your core
  • Exercises targeting pelvic floor and core stability
  • Start and finish with mobility & stretching
  • Improving posture and postural awareness
  • Better control of pelvic floor
