Our Core Essentials classes are designed to address the unique needs of a woman. Incorporating exercises proven to promote a more functional and reliable pelvic floor and better core stability, leading to an improved posture and fewer injuries.
A variety of exercise modifications are offered to accommodate every level of fitness. This fun and engaging small group class will leave you feeling energised and confident.
