After more than 15 years of in-depth international auditing and risk management experience, I know right from wrong when ideas are stipulated. This extensive knowledge base of how a good idea is built into actual practice, I now apply to my core passion: facilitating creation within teams, helping design value-driven and solution-oriented co-creation. This can be done in full in-house trajectories or as a 'ignition workshop' in your internal meetings / external conferences / team (building) events / and strategy days for teams and organizations.
