Birthing positions workshop for couples
Do you think your partner would feel more comfortable in a birth preparation setting if a workshop was held by a couple, talking and sharing about birth from a support person's point of view as well?
If yes, we invite you to spend an afternoon with us with your partner or your birth support person during / at? our hands-on birth preparation workshop in our home. In a safe and friendly atmosphere me and my husband would like to help you prepare for the labor and birth by not only talking about your worries, wishes and expectations but usefull by showing you some practical tips.
Topics of the workshop:
- Talking about fears, worries, wishes and expectations
- Partner positions for labor and birth
- Pressure points, massage techniques
- Breathing techniques and vocalisation
- Pelvic floor exercises
- Relaxation
- Anything else That May Come Up

Parking is available here at the Mall for 5 Euros.
As a doula, birth preparation during my consultations I find it Very Important to talk about the feelings, wishes, expectations and roles of the partner of the mother as well. I find it essential thatthey receive all the information They ask for and feel safe and confident to findtheir own way of experiencing the birth of Their baby.
