We begin the evening by sharing a very special cacao from Venezuela the Catatumbo Ceremonial Cacao.A soft, heart-opening cacao that gently brings you out of your head and back into your body. From there, we move into meditation, allowing everything to settle.You’ll be guided through a deep Yin Yoga practice to release what you’ve been holding, followed by Yoga Nidra, where your whole system can fully rest.We close with live guitar and chanting,letting the sound carry you deeper into connection.This space is for you if you’ve been holding a lot lately…if you feel tired, overwhelmed, or a bit disconnected from yourself…or if you’re simply longing to slow down and feel again.You don’t need any experience.Just come as you are.
