Water Babies swimming lessons 0-3,5 years old
YOUR WATER BABIES STORY STARTS HERE………….
Your Water Babies story can last for just over four years (depending on starting age) and is divided up into lots of different ‘chapters’ – each one builds on the last and is full of splashy fun!
It’s truly magical for both of you and you can begin at any point – and really, the earlier, the better.
Lessons are in English (with Dutch explanations when possible). Classes are kept small and the fun, relaxed atmosphere creates a sense of camaraderie within the group, with carers - and children. Don’t worry if you’re not a particularly strong swimmer – the water’s always shallow enough to stand up in, and rest assured you’ll never have to go underwater if you really don’t want to.
One of our core philosophies is that we teach you to teach your baby to swim – so we’ll always explain why we’re doing something, as well as carefully demonstrate exactly what to do. Classes are kept small, with one carer per baby in the pool, and last for half an hour.
We do teach in lovely warm water pools and use gentle baby led methods to teach them water confidence, safety skills and swimming skills!
Our lessons are beneficial in so many ways from precious bonding moments to improving sleeping and feeding patterns to developing physically, emotionally and mentally and besides that they are so much fun.
Photoshoot: a highlight of your time with us!
Swimming at Water Babies will also give you the opportunity to join our amazing underwater photoshoot. The photos are simply awesome - you will be blown away by your little one underwater. Every term we will offer a photoshoot and you will automatically receive an invitation.
