This new year, let's try walking backwards. Literally turning the back to everything familiar and wander backwards through the unknown - together.
We begin with some Chi Kung warm up exercises, a short intro about backward walk and then we walk backwards in silence.
The pathway is about a straight line. No bikes. So this makes it safer and easier to trust our backs and feet.
