Zumba Classes

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Come and join the Latin and World rhythms offered in our Zumba session. Classes run on Wednesdays from 19:00 until 20:00
